The Front Desk Administrative Assistant is both the "voice" and "face" of Yogurtland and must convey all of the qualifications that follow in a very public way.  They will answer calls and greet visitors to Yogurtland's Support Center.  They will also be involved in many administrative duties from preparing packages for shipping, sorting mail, scanning documents, and ordering office supplies include opening and closing and maintaining the cafeteria and Kona bar. He or she also will be trained on basic customer service.

  • Error rate of transferred calls.
  • Speed and accuracy of filing records.

  • Operate switchboard.
  • Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.
  • Page individuals to inform them of telephone calls, using paging or interoffice communication equipment.
  • Relay or route written or verbal messages.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as data entry, preparing and accepting deliveries, and sorting mail.
  • Scan, file, and maintain records, and shred documents.
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations.
  • Keep all three conference rooms clean and replace room appointment schedule sheets daily.
  • Keep the break room, Kona bar, lobby area clean at all times.
  • Keep the Yogurt machines and the topping station clean at all times.
  • Go to FedEx, UPS if needed
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Keep napkin dispensers at Kona Bar and Employee break room filled at all times.
  • Keep supply closets organized (Both cleaning & office supplies).  Making sure supplies are adequately stocked.
  • On a daily basis, clean espresso machine according to procedure.  On Wednesday and Friday, perform deep cleaning for espresso machine.
  • Refill creamer, sugar, etc and clean display bottles, trays as needed
  • Perform tasks for other departments, as requested.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate's of Arts degree or two year's experience of combination of education and experience.
